• Once our customer has an open vacancy, we work together for defining the required profile and we start finding the relevant candidates through our technical recruitment team.
• We conduct the initial screening process and conduct the first HR interview for filtering the applicants.
• The short listed candidates are sent to the client for conducting the second interview.
• We provide the offer to the accepted candidates and start the hiring process accordingly.
